We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Control Panel Sales Executive/Sales Engineer responsible for marketing and selling electrical control panels such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC/Automation Panels to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge combined with sales skills to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical control panels.
  • Promote and sell products such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels, PLC & Automation Panels.
  • Understand customer requirements, prepare technical-commercial offers, and submit quotations.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for BOQ, drawings, and pricing.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and business development activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation related to sales orders and customer communication.

Skills/Experience

Education & Qualification

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
  • MBA (Sales & Marketing) – preferred

Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in control panel sales or related electrical equipment sales
  • Experience in industrial sales / project sales will be an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of electrical control panels and automation systems
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused and target-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
