The Export Executive will play a key role in expanding the company’s international business. This position involves identifying and developing export opportunities, managing export documentation, and coordinating with overseas clients to ensure smooth operations. The candidate will support the marketing and sales teams in achieving export targets and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global customers. The role covers end-to-end export operations — from order processing to timely shipment and fulfilment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with overseas clients, distributors, and partners to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

  • Work closely with logistics teams to plan and monitor shipment schedules.

  • Support the sales and marketing teams in achieving export targets.

  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with international customers.

  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update export records and reports.

Skills/Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

  • MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business, preferably in the water treatment, engineering, or related industries.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international logistics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • Good understanding of INCOTERMS, Letters of Credit (LC), and international payment terms.
