We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to provide first-level technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to user queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

The IT Support Engineer is responsible for:

    • Provide first-level technical support to end-users across the organization

    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

    • Respond to incoming queries related to computer systems, applications, and network issues

    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

    • Ensure smooth and secure day-to-day IT operations

    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary

    • Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes

    • Assist in setting up new user accounts, email, and access permissions

    • Monitor system performance and report any irregularities

    • Support IT inventory management and tracking of hardware/software assets

Skills/Experience

  • Education
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • Experience

    1–2 years of proven experience in IT support/helpdesk role.

  • Skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
